This 2 1/4" White Oak 1’ to 10’ Character Grade Plain Sawn hardwood flooring is perfect for those wanting to display the natural characteristics of a real hardwood floor.
Character Grade contains Select, 1 Common & 2 Common. Nested Length 1’-10’
How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped. Do not schedule Install until all of the material has been delivered. ShopOakFloors.com is not responsible for additional chargers due to delayed start date.
How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped via 3rd party freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.
How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The consignee must have either a forklift on site or a crew that’s large enough to hand unload flooring promptly (within 30 minutes.) These orders will be “loaded on the rear for delivery.” Can a 53’ truck fit in the neighborhood? If not, we need to indicate to the trucking company that a PUP trailer must be used for delivery. A PUP trailer is 28’ long. We will need a contact name and number for each shipment. The trucking company will call before delivery to set up an appointment. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck.
What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Take pictures and document the damage seen. The entire order is not to be rejected if less than 5% of the order has been damaged. Shipping fees have been paid and additional fees will be added if this shipment is rejected. If the order is rejected without prior consent from ShopOakfloors.com you will be charged the shipping fee, the additional return shipping fee as well as a 20% restocking fee. If a problem occurs please contact ShopOakFloors.com immediately and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
